Slammed Apparel Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Some items may be made-to-order, which may require additional production time before shipping.

Shipping Methods

We ship orders using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the best available option at the time of shipment.

Shipping times vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times (after shipment):

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note these are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery times.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Slammed Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Slammed Apparel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If an issue occurs, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can review the issue and assist you.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties required by their country.
